Pioneer Day

For those of you who don't know, July 24th is considered Pioneer Day. It's a day to remember the Mormon Pioneers who traveled across the plains to settle in Utah. And if you happen to live in Utah, it's obviously more acknowledged than in other states. There is a huge parade in Salt Lake and then a lot of church groups do their own thing some time during the week.
This year, we went up to Greg's parents to celebrate. Their neigborhood did a mini parade and Evie and her cousin Luke, rode in a little wagon pulled by Grandpa Brent and Great Uncle Brad. They looked very cute (which is the most important) and had a fun time.

Evie and her baby cousin Ashley, who was watching on the side.
Our interpretation of what the pioneers wore? The hat is right on, but the outfit???--well, we did the best we could :)
