If you've been to Northern Utah, you must know about Lagoon. It's a huge theme park that is dear to my heart...why, you ask? For as long as I can remember, my family would take one very long vacation to Utah every summer to visit relatives. And every time we were there, we would take one day to go to Lagoon. My siblings and I thought it was the coolest thing ever!----So, when Greg announced that his work did a free "Lagoon Day", I was all over it. Walking into the park and experiencing the smells of fried food & sweaty people and the sound of screaming people on roller coasters brought back all those wonderful childhood memories.
Greg works with his brother, Nick, but since he was out of town, his brother Eric and his friend Nikki happily snagged up the free tickets. We all had so much fun!
Oh, and you might be wondering where Evie is? Well, we actually left her with Greg's parents for the day and gave her ticket to some lady in line. She probably would have enjoyed it for an hour or two, but we ended up staying for about 10 hours and it was the most fun we had had in a long time :).

Yay for a day without kids. The 10 hour break was probably much needed. :)
