As I (Greg) was typing the last post, Evie was getting a cookie after lunch and I asked if she would grab one for me. Turns out there was only one left, so I told Evie it was all hers and went back to typing. She walked up to me without saying anything, set half the cookie next to me, then ran off. I love that kid.

There you guys are! I've been waiting for updated pics....(not that I am on top of my pics either). Looks like you guys have had alot of fun! Evie is so grown up in all her cute outfits. I love the hair pics---it reminds me of Al growing up and her amazing hair. Greg-Great job on the b-day for Al! How fun you guys got to go to NYC....makes me want to go back soon. We are hoping to get up there soon to add to your list of visitors! :)
so who got the posting bug?! it was wonderful to catch up. here are some comments #1 who told evie she could grow up!?! i almost cried when i saw her first day of school pics. she looks so mature! well i know she is almost 6 but still....
#2 love the cookie story...greg remember that one for when you are a general authority or allyson for when you are general YW president.
#3 what a fun summer! wish we could have been one of the visitors :o( but now that your basement is finished (where are the pics of that?) we will have to come stay!#4 still have my figures crossed that a baby will come your way. wish i could have supported the yard sale.

I've been waiting for an update...it was fun looking at all you did this summer and how grown up Evie is. Jon hardly recognized her with that long beautiful hair. Looking at your NYC pics makes me want to go there so much more. Props to Greg on your birthday...amazing! I still need to come see your house, so I'll be emailing you back about when to come see you. Also, still praying for you and that baby. I still know it will come!
