Yesterday, Evie and I decided that we would make cookie dough--not cookies--just the dough. It actually has to be in the fridge over night, and anyway, baking the cookies is not the fun part for Evie. It's just making the dough, eating the dough and eating the cookies that she enjoys...me too, I guess. We had a lot fun. I have many memories making cookie dough with my mom, too. As a kid, it's just purely intriguing to dump in the ingredients, use the mixer, and see it all come together. Fun times! I highly recommend it--not alone--with a spouse or child or friend! It just doesn't have the same magic alone :).

The best part--licking the beaters! Greg refuses because there's "raw eggs in there", but we don't mind...mmmmmmmmmmm!

ty and i made cupcakes last week for something to do. it was fun but i think i enjoy eating them more than he does so i think we either need to stop making them or make them fat free!
Luke and I actually made cupcakes today for our FHE treat. We both enjoy eating the finished product. The problem is I can tell him "no" when he asks for more then one, but I can't say no myself.

Oh Greg. You are missing out! Cookie dough is by far the best treat ever!!!! Chase and I love making cookies too.
